Customised, bespoke and made-to-order items will only be exchanged if damaged or faulty. (You see it’s really difficult to sell an item to someone else with your company name emblazoned all over it, if you change your mind * wink wink*)
If we accept any exchanges of our non-bespoke products for other items they must be in the same condition as when purchased, not used or damaged, and returned within 14 days of purchasing them. (aka please don’t use the item, then send it back to us because your “one time need” for it has passed – capiche?)
We will refund any purchase in the unlikely event that the item is faulty, damaged or not to our usual high quality standard. However, please note, that due to the handmade nature and material characteristics of our products variations in colour, dimensions and finishes may occur. (We ain’t no moochos production line kind of place – our stuff is handmade with love, so each one will by nature be slightly different). Oh - and it must be because of something we've done. If Little Johnny or Fido get a hold of it, it ain't our problem.
If you are unhappy with any of the products bought from us, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will require you to send the products back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you keep your proof of purchase, posting/courier details and that all items are returned unused in their original packaging. (nope – no chirp regarding that one – it’s pretty straight forward)
Once we have received the products back from you, we will gladly replace your purchase or, in the case of unavailability, refund your purchase. If the original order goes missing on it’s merry way to you, and you haven’t received your parcel within 1 month of the order, we will resend the item to you at no extra cost. (See? We are nice Beans!)
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of our products should be directed to email@example.com (We know we can’t make everyone happy – but we sure do try!)

Terms and Conditions
Well those are the points we though you'd be most interested in. Unfortunately we decided that it would be a good idea to get some grey old fashioned law guys involved, and they gave us one of those dreary contracts - you know - the perfect cure for the insomnia type. So please click here for the whole kabang. They assured us that there are no dead languages in there, and if you can read English then you can read this.
